Fall Moments
Gabe loves his shovel. The fallen leaves provided plenty of material to dig and throw around. John Paul squeezing Gabe's face a little too hard but very cute. It must be all that excitement from riding the Gator. Luis gets his tractor fix at Mom and Dad's house. The boys enjoy riding it with Daddy. Somehow John Paul has me convinced that it's safe to ride down the slide with Monica on his lap and then practically crush her at the bottom inches from our brick patio. And I think it's so cute that I actually take a picture of it.

oh my gosh! i about fell out of my chair! I'm so glad you're back! i've been checking faithfully and knew you'd be back when you got a chance!!!
The fall pix are fantastic...that coat of Monica's is so chic! Aunt Jen must be proud :)
Can't wait to hear what you all have been up to :)
lots of love
YAY!!! Cal is back! I am so happy to see your posts, and your beautiful pictures of your family. The boys are as cute as ever, and that little Monica is so stylin'. She is such a doll baby. Thanks for sharing Cal. We love you guys!
Yay - What a nice surprise to have new postings!!! YOu kids are too cute :)
Hey, today's the first day in a looong time that I've checked blogs (and my email inbox has days of unread emails), but - what a pleasant surprise - there you are Carolyn, with fabulous pictures to boot!
Your trio is adorable. Seeing them in your parent's back yard is a blast. It's such a fun yard for kids. On Thanksgiving, my boys loved running around the woods and yard, and the evening brought another flashlight freeze tag between my oldest 4 (despite the very chilly temperatures).
Say a prayer for us. We put in an offer today (Feast of the Immaculate Conception) for an old Victorian house. The offer is for a LOT less than the asking price, so if we get it, it definitely is God. If we do get it, Mary Kate insists that we need to give our house a name. I'm open to suggestions. Given the feast day, I'm thinking something that references Our Lady. Any ideas??
Love you,
Teresa
Okay Teresa-
First of all, thanks for commenting on this blog! Can't say I've been good about everyone's else's.
But here goes for some Marian names for a house. Luis and I just brainstormed:
Regina Angelorum (Queen of the Angels)
Loreto (I like this b/c of the holy family's house in Loreto)
Villa Maria (Okay this was the name of my high school- not the best memories- BUT I think it's a great name for a house)
Villa Loreto (a little variation on the above two themes)
Regina Mundi (Queen of the world)
Why not just call it "Immaculata" You already have a Maximilian so it would be a family theme!
I love the title "Cause of our joy" I'm sure that sounds beautiful in Latin but I don't know how to translate.
Just some fun ideas- how exciting! Can't wait to see what happens with this old house that sounds so enchanting. We'd definitely be out so visit to get our country fix. And if and when we move into our bigger city house across the street you guys can stay with us for city visits.
Love,
carolyn
